KEY SKILLS WE VALUE
- Strong understanding of medical and scientific principles, particularly in healthcare communications, pharmaceuticals and life sciences
- Expertise in medical writing, with the ability to interpret and present complex scientific data in a clear, accurate and engaging way across various formats, including manuscripts, reports, presentations and campaigns
- Experience working with key opinion leaders (KOLs), societies or healthcare professionals is a plus
- Ability to think critically and develop innovative, strategic solutions for clients in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Expertise in translating client goals into measurable, impactful outcomes through creative and scientific strategies
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media strategies and the use of technology in healthcare communications
- Knowledge of tools such as data analytics, CRM systems, project management software and software development for creating innovative digital solutions
- An understanding of emerging trends in digital healthcare solutions, patient education platforms and telehealth technologies
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality output
- Expertise in handling tight deadlines, effectively managing resources and ensuring all deliverables are met
- Prior experience in healthcare communications or marketing is beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, including creative, medical, digital and business development teams
- Comfort in working in a multidisciplinary environment, adapting to new ideas and sharing insights to drive collective success
- Experience in leading or mentoring teams is a bonus
- A strong customer service orientation, with a focus on understanding and exceeding client expectations
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and mutual growth
- A genuine interest in making a difference in healthcare through science and innovation
- Desire to contribute to projects that have a real-world impact on patients, healthcare professionals and public health
- Proven ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, expanding market presence and driving growth
- Strong expertise in building client relationships and crafting tailored solutions to meet their unique needs, leading to successful client acquisition and retention
